Economics???

it's really....
I never thought before that I will join economics olympiad,, when i was child i always wanna be a doctor. But when i was in senior high school I changed my mind. I wanna be a scientist, but I thought that it was impossible cause my knowledge about science is very low... (oh no....)

Day after day... I changed my mind again into economics. Now I always try to join many economics olympiad. I don't care whatever the result then and whatever people say... I'm a strange student.. cause I'm in acceleration class that always study about science but my soul always in social especially "Economics".

Oh my God... (Ya ALLAH....)
Economics... economics... economics... I wanna know about you... I wanna study about you... and I wanna try to become an economist or account manager then...

Discipline in japan

Discipline is part of Japanese culture. It is neatly interwoven to the psyche of each Japanese citizen. It won’t be much exaggerating if I say Japanese people are obsessed with discipline.

There was an interview for foreign staff at the work place last year and I was being asked by the interviewer ‘what is my impression about Japan and its people?’

Well, that was an interesting question to answer. Almost naturally, without thinking I answered ‘Discipline of Japanese people’. The interview board was interested to know more about my impression on the discipline of Japanese society. One of the members asked me the spelling of the word discipline. He wanted to check the exact meaning of discipline in his language converter. He asked me and I spelled D-I-S-C-I-P-L-I-N-E.

Probably ‘discipline’ is a bit difficult word for many Japanese people to pronounce. Most of them make mistake in writing discipline and they may write it as ‘disipirin’. The L and R confusion of Japanese people is very well known to them and to the foreigners in Japan. Japanese language has only one sound for R and L, the sound of which is in between RA and LA. Then to many Japanese people, the ‘Light’ will be the ‘Right’ and ‘Law obedient’ will be the ‘Raw obedient’. I remember reading a site ‘Old brains learn New tricks’ in which the difficulty of Japanese military to distinguish L and R is expressed though an example when the GIs in the Pacific theater chose passwords overrun with R's , words like "rabble-rouser" or "rubbernecker." The reason was the Japanese people have a 'ell of a time with R, which they often pronounce as "ell."

He got the meaning of discipline in Japanese and we discussed the discipline and culture of Japanese society. The culture of a well disciplined Japanese society is known through out the world. In school, the teachers used to tell us about the Japanese discipline and the benefit the Japanese society derived out of their discipline. Getting inside the train, getting out of the train, walking to the escalator (Eskureta in Japanese is modified form of escalator) are some of the occasion we encounter the discipline of Japanese people. I expressed my good feelings on the discipline of Japanese society to the interviewers.

By definition, the discipline is the training and control of oneself and one's conduct, usually for personal improvement. Since long, Japanese society had implemented discipline to its social structure as one of its essential constituent element. The Japanese Kanji character for discipline is 訓練. The Japanese samurai culture was based on discipline as the word indicates. Discipline refers to systematic instruction given to a disciple. In one sense the Bushido culture was programmed or instructed social system. Of course those instructions have been proved good to the present day Japanese society.

The obedience of Japanese people has its origin in the disciplined behavior which was instructed from childhood. Small kids will be trained by parents for good public behavior. The obedience to the law, the obedience to the system, the good manners in public behavior etc are being continued through teaching in schools.

The culture of Bushido stressed on the importance of discipline. Discipline in English means ‘to instruct a person to follow particular rule, or ‘to adhere to a certain "order." This adherence to the order and the obedience to the order from higher ranking officers made the Japanese military one of the significant force during World War II. I don’t want to enter into a controversy whether Japanese military was right or wrong during Second World War.

Coming to daily life experience in Japan, I have been observing the public discipline of Japanese people especially in railway stations. The pin-drop silence in railway stations in Tokyo is a live example of the discipline and good manners of Japanese people. The discipline may not be always corresponds to the education only. It depend on many factors one of which may be the level of education. Education does not mean simply holding a university degree, but with a more meaningful explanation, manifestation of the self as Swami Vivekananda emphasized. When the education arms an individual with a powerful social tool ‘Empathy’, the whole society and nation becomes its beneficiary. Empathy is what many of the individuals lack.

The discipline of Japanese children is incredible! Children too are learned to obey public behavior and rules. Learned from elders, they are not behind any of the adults and on many occasions better than adults in obedience and discipline.

‘Discipline’ is one of the best characteristic of Japanese society, which I admire and would like to proclaim to the rest of the world.

About Band "Dead by sunrises"

Dead by Sunrise is the side project of Linkin Park's vocalist, Chester Bennington. The band also features Amir Derakh, Ryan Shuck, Brandon Belsky and Elias Andra from Julien-K and Anthony "Fu" Valcic. Dead by Sunrise's debut album, Out of Ashes, was released worldwide on October 13, 2009.



History
Dead by Sunrise started to form in 2005 while Chester Bennington was writing songs for Linkin Park's album Minutes to Midnight. According to Bennington, "I came up with a few songs that felt and sounded really good, but I knew they weren’t right stylistically for Linkin Park. They were darker and moodier than anything I’d come up with for the band. So I decided to work on them on my own rather than turn them over and have them transformed into Linkin Park tracks." However, the foundation for Dead by Sunrise was laid much earlier, when future bandmate Shuck met Bennington during the recording of Linkin Park's first album Hybrid Theory. In an interview, Shuck states that "I always used to go to his house and hear him play acoustic guitar. And I always thought to myself, 'Oh my God, these are such good songs.'

The band's name, which was previously "Snow White Tan," reflects the time during the album's recording. In an interview, Bennington states that "I came up with the band name because in the beginnings of making this album, I was partying ... we'll call it partying. It wasn't much fun, but we partied a lot. And there was a lot of times where I was kind of in a really self-destructive place, and sometimes it felt like you weren't sure if you were going to make it to the next day. The name kind of evolved from that lifestyle, and the title of the record, Out of Ashes, is kind of coming out of that self-destructive path I was on, and rising from the ashes, so to speak."

On May 10, 2008, Dead by Sunrise performed three songs ("Walking In Circles", "Morning After", and "My Suffering") at the 13th anniversary party for Club Tattoo in Tempe, Arizona. The song titled "Morning After" was written by Chester Bennington and originally performed on December 9, 2001 at the Live in Berlin concert. This was the first time that Chester had "officially" performed the song under a new name—Dead by Sunrise. In addition, this band has recently started touring with Linkin Park in Europe and Japan. In an interview with MTV, Bennington stated that "we're actually going to be jumping in the middle of [Linkin Park]'s set, playing a few songs, then jumping out and letting LP finish out the set." During their debut European tour the band took time out to send a message to the German Armed Forces.

Recording of the band's debut album began in July 2008 after touring for Linkin Park had finished. Working simultaneously on his solo album and Linkin Park's next record, Bennington recorded Out of Ashes with producer Howard Benson (who has also worked with My Chemical Romance, Daughtry, and simultaneously Full Circle by Creed) and bandmates from Julien-K. Bennington wrote most of the songs on an acoustic guitar before working with his band to reshape the track into hard rock, a ballad, or even removing all rock influence and creating a synth-driven track. Linkin Park bandmate Mike Shinoda confirmed that Out of Ashes is "much more of a rock album [than Linkin Park's albums]." Also of note, Bennington participated in all aspects of creating the record, including programming and production.

Videos have been filmed for "Crawl Back In" and "Let Down" with the former serving as the album's first single. "Crawl Back In" has reached the 10th spot on the Mainstream Rock chart. On August 16, "Crawl Back In" debuted on Dead By Sunrise's MySpace; the song can currently be found on iTunes in the US. On September 1 the song "Fire" was uploaded to Dead By Sunrise's MySpace. Also that song is offered if the album is pre-ordered. On September 8 2009, the video for "Crawl Back In" was released. On October 8, 2009 (just 4 days before the official release of the album) Dead By Sunrise released Out of Ashes on their myspace page.

So many problems this day...

I don't know why, this day is the worst day that I ever met... I'm so sad about that accident. My lovely notebook was broken. The LCD was broke in two. This story begin when my sister bring it to her school. she never thought before if her friend will fell it down from the table. although it was involuntary action, I was very angry with her. But finally, her friends change it into the new one. it was finish.

In the other time of this day, I must thought about my erudite masterpiece. it was a big problems. I left at school to 05.00 Pm. after that, I went home. and I still have another problems. all of my data were in the notebook. but tomorrow i must collect my physics task. so how can i collect it on time??
